Are you a recruitment agency or online job board?
We are definitely not a job board; nor are we a traditional high street recruitment consultancy. We have developed a low cost recruitment model that uniquely brings together the benefits of a traditional recruitment agency with those of an online service. Think of us as an online recruitment specialist, people who know how to find great talent.
Are you similar to these other low cost recruitment services in the market?
Absolutely not! We call them Job Board or Flat Fee Resellers. We offer a service-drive managed personal service with the opportunity to pay a fee upon success.*
You could give us money to advertise your jobs, but we're sure that you would rather stick to our revolutionary offering!

Are there any additional costs?
Absolutely not. Don't worry there are no joining fees, monthly subscription charges or percentage based introduction fees. Just the opportunity to pay our low fixed fee when you find your dream candidate. *Terms of business apply.
When will I be invoiced?
We have designed a unique solution to give you the opportunity to pay a low fee upon a candidate accepting your job offer, (verbally and/or in writing) however this is subject to the qualifying conditions linked to the option you select. You decide how much you want to pay and how you want to use our service.
Work with us in the way we need you to and we promise you'll only pay for our service if it is successful. View pricing options and qualifying conditions!
What if the candidate accepts our offer but does not provide their services?
Don't worry unlike standard advertising we'll protect you! Simply notify us in writing (by email is fine) within 7 days and we will resume our service to find you a replacement candidate. Our replacement service is offered subject to our invoice being settled within the 14 day terms.
Do you offer a rebate period?
No not us such - remember we are not a traditional recruitment agency.
However, despite our low cost recruitment offering we'll resume our service to help you find you a Free Replacement should your new hire walk-out within the first 30 days. Standard advertising cannot do this!
