Are you a recruitment agency or online job board?

We are definitely not a job board; nor are we a traditional high street recruitment consultancy. We have developed a low cost recruitment model that uniquely brings together the benefits of a traditional recruitment agency with those of an online service. Think of us as an online recruitment specialist, people who know how to find great talent.

Are you similar to these other low cost recruitment services in the market?

Absolutely not! We're not a job board re-seller or a traditional recruitment agency. Yes we offer a flat fee recruitment service however our business model is based on the best features of the traditional high street agency - No upfront costs and a fully managed personal service and fee upon success.

If we do not fill your position you pay us nothing.* We underwrite all the job advertising costs and therefore work very hard to ensure that we find you your dream candidate. A win-win and risk-free recruitment solution.*

Are there any additional costs?

Absolutely not. Don't worry there are no joining fees, monthly subscription charges or percentage based introduction fees. You simply pay our £575* fixed fee when you find your dream candidate.   *Terms of business apply.

When will I be invoiced?

Our fee comes into force upon a candidate accepting your job offer (verbally and/or in writing).

What if the candidate accepts our offer but does not provide their services?

Don't worry unlike standard advertising we'll protect you! Simply notify us in writing (by email is fine) within 7 days and we will resume our service to find you a replacement candidate. Our replacement service is offered subject to our invoice being settled within the 14 day terms.

Do you offer a rebate period?

No not us such - remember we are not a traditional recruitment agency.

However, despite our low cost recruitment offering we'll resume our service to find you a Free Replacement should your new hire walk-out within the first 30 days. Standard advertising cannot do this!
