Frustrated by the practices of the high street recruitment agencies, in 2005 we started our journey to create a new kind of service: an online recruitment agency boasting the best bits you get on the high street (there are some - we’ll explain later) minus the sales pitch and silly fees.

We wanted to create a new industry model, a new kind of agency that was able to deliver a great personal service with the lowest agency fees in the land. After talking to lots of companies we knew what we had to do and 9 months later we came out of the lab with RecruitmentRevolution.com – the UK’s first online recruitment agency. By combining a new model roadmap, some forward thinking and custom-built technology we had created the closest thing online to the high street agency.

In fact we developed a model that pretty much rivalled all other recruitment methods by giving companies a unique opportunity to pay a low fixed fee upon successfully finding their new hire. Suddenly, companies had a new, smarter way to recruit that didn’t involve wasting precious budget on risky “pay and pray” adverts or suffer crippling high street agency fees.

Online recruitment was in its infancy when we started out and in those early days some people found it unfathomable that we could deliver a value-added agency service at a fraction of the price. We’ve since educated them and slowly they started to dip their toes in. We were confident that we could deliver and deliver we did… Suddenly things started to move as more people, amazed at what we were doing, spread the word to their friends and colleagues.

Fast forward 7 years and the company is now supplier to over 1000 awesome companies who we’ve acquired naturally without a single sales call.
We still believe we offer the most rewarding recruitment experience out there in terms of service, cost, reach and online management tools. Over the years the online recruitment market has grown and whilst others may try to imitate us, they do not share the same ethos, vision and goals which make us such a trusted and well respected brand.
