Sole Source

The lowest “True Success Fee” in the market.

We can deliver the UK's lowest fee of its kind if you are willing to give us your commitment.

In simple terms, if you opt for the Sole Source option you agree to press the "decline" or "invite for interview" button within 7 days of receiving a new application and to actively recruit with us until we’ve filled your role. So if you were to post a job today and remove it in a week's time you would be charged as you’ve promised to fill your role through us in return for the lowest fee of its kind.

We reciprocate the gesture enabling you to walk away at no cost if our service is not working. This means that if a period of 28 consecutive days passes and you have not made any interview requests or carried out interviews with applicants, but you have serviced your account, you will not be charged. Can't say fairer than that!

If our service is generating interviews and you fill the role using another solution or fail to service new applications in 7 days (extensions maybe granted upon prior negotiation) you will still incur the Sole Source fee.

Multi-Source

Designed for companies using multiple recruitment solutions who want to pay a low fee upon hire.

The same service as our Sole Source option but you can withdraw your vacancy at any time. More risk to us means a higher success fee for you.

With the Multi-Source option your only commitment to us is that you agree to press the "decline" or "invite for interview" button within 14 days of receiving a new application.

You will still incur the Multi-Source fee if you fail to service new applications in 14 days (extensions maybe granted upon prior negotiation).

Open-Source

For companies using other resources who do not want to pay for duplicate applications and want the freedom to withdraw their vacancy at anytime.

The same service as the other options but you can also withdraw your vacancy at any time and we won't charge for duplicate applications.* Our risk increases so does our success fee. 

With the Open-Source option your only commitment to us is that you agree to press the "decline" or "invite for interview" button within 21 days of receiving a new application.

You will still incur the Open-Source fee if you fail to service new applications in 21 days (extensions maybe granted upon prior negotiation).
