...to benefit from this unique option and qualify to pay-on-hire you'll need to do the following:
a. action your new applications (press decline or invite button) within 7 days of application;
b. contact invited for interview candidates within 7 days of receiving their details; and
c. keep the original role live with us (not fill it elsewhere or directly / change it / deactivate it) until we fill it.
"Walk Away" Guarantee: Action your applications on time and we promise that If we fail to generate any interviews for you within a 28 consecutive day period you can stop the service at no cost whatsoever!
Pay-on-Hire: If you choose this option but miss the qualification criteria, our fee will fall due (only once) even if you haven't hired yet.
More Flexibility: Consider our Multi-Source option if you do not want to commit to fill the role through us.
We're Unique: Others in the same pricing space charge you before you receive a single application or you'll pay a 10-20% hire fee on the high street.

Stop the Service: With this option you can stop the service at anytime at NO Charge, you're NOT obliged to fill your role through us.
Pay-on-Hire: If you choose this option but miss the qualification criteria, our fee will fall due (only once) even if you haven't hired yet,
Even More Flexibility: Consider using our Open Source option if you are using other sources of candidates and do not want to pay for a candidate that has already applied.

b. agree to contact invited for interview candidates within 21 days of receiving their details.
Stop the Service: With this option you can stop the service at anytime at NO Charge, you're NOT obliged to fill your role through us.
Duplicate Application: We'll discount an application if you have already one from the same person.
