THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a telemarketing executive to join our team based in London.
We’re expanding our client base network and need additional people who are passionate about IT to assist with our growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Making outbound business to business calls
• Following up on lead opportunities
• Arranging appointments for face to face meetings for the Account Directors
• Achieving set weekly and monthly targets
• Clearly documenting progress of leads
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• A broad understanding of IT systems including hosting, servers, virtualization, Exchange, SharePoint and Cloud computing
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Engaging, friendly and professional telephone manner
• Previous experience in an IT call centre environment or telemarketing environment would be preferred
