Nice to meet you! For twenty years, we’ve been putting the client and candidate at the heart of the hiring experience whilst removing the pushy sales, schmooze and high fees.

Where it all started
In 2005, two candidates frustrated by poor experiences with traditional agencies decided the outdated industry needed a change.
RR was born, with founders Jamie and Anna confident that their lack of previous experience in recruitment could be the superpower that allowed them to take a fresh and creative approach. With a clear focus on sourcing talent for jobs vs jobs for talent we ditched the conflict of interest baked into commission-led models. Working exclusively in the client’s best interest we developed a new kind of tech-driven agency model facilitating relationships (vs engineering placements) and championing the process of ‘organic hiring’ to help create stronger and longer-lasting engagements. We’ve actually always seen ourselves as more of a marketing / dating agency.
Powering this change was the perfect blend of our own custom-built technology and people-power to modernise, streamline and make the process way faster.
As it happened, we had created a new kind of online ‘agency’ model…
Where we are now
Twenty years later, having helped thousands of businesses onboard the talent they need to launch, scale and succeed, we can definitely say we have a little more recruitment experience than when we started…
