One in Three consider changing jobs

8th January 2010

The recession has caused a third of UK workers (33%) to consider changing jobs as they have not felt valued by their employer, according to new research from PricewaterhouseCoopers.

The poll of around 950 workers also shows that of those respondents who said their employer had shown appreciation for them in the downturn, 41% said they had no plans to leave as a consequence of this loyalty, while only 23% claimed they would consider leaving regardless.
