From providing initial guidance, sourcing talent, to interview scheduling, and job offers, (and everything else in between), no matter which service option you choose, you’ll have the same great award-winning service experience.

The real differences in our billing model lie in how long you want to access our service for and your recruiting preference.

Our Hire Options – (based on a ‘retained’ hiring model)

If you want to keep costs low, access our vast candidate reach and see the value in utilising a managed service to take the slack compared to DIY hiring, (we handle all the resourcing, screening, communications, interview scheduling and more) then our Hire service options are perfectly suited.

Our ‘Hire’ options are a cost-effective way of hiring, building talent pipelines and growing teams. The Hire option is offered at two price points based on how long you’d like the service to run for. Hire runs for 6 weeks and Hire+ for 12 weeks. Hire+ also contains access to our Hire Replacement Service Guarantee for extra peace of mind. We tend to see clients hiring for roles with longer lead times and in more competitive markets opting for our Hire+ option given the access to a longer service.

Our Flexi-Hire option (contingency-inspired the RR way)

This option is a natural choice for those who typically prefer a more contingency-led approach with fees aligned to finding a candidate. This style of hiring is more expensive with the industry norm sitting around 20-25% and 20-17% for “Exclusivity”. We offer a more friendly 10% on an ‘Exclusive’ basis.

Hire options

Put your credit card away: we offer full invoicing terms (subject to status of course). One fee to cover all the service you’ll need will be billed once you formally submit the role to us.

And if you do want to appoint multiple people you’ll benefit from the same rate on a per candidate basis. Your fist hire is included in the initial fee. (Talk to us first if you have volume requirements as we do offer Enterprise options).


Our Flexi-Hire option has been designed to enable you to pay once we have sourced a candidate for you who formally accepts your job offer. We do have some ground rules to support such market beating low rates, including ensuring you feedback to us within 7 days of receiving a candidate.   • This is what you can expect on a £40,000 role – Traditional Agent £8000 vs RR £3200;
