At RR we don’t do egos, inflated sales patter and pushy tricks, and we definintely don’t do the high fees charged by “traditional” marketing recruitment agencies. No 15-25% fees here. We also keep recruitment simple and you won’t find any tactics or game-playing here. We’re more like a dating agency, here to connect you with people and allow you both to decide if you want to work together. We’re big into ‘organic’ hiring, as such we don’t rework CVs or coach candidates to say and do what you want to hear. We think this is a better and more sustainable approach to hiring.
