+ Support our clients to use our Sustainability Tool to report their progress on sustainability actions,

The Account Executive role:

As Account Executive, you will support a small team of Customer Account Managers to provide an outstanding level of service to a portfolio of large-scale companies from the built environment, supporting and implementing action plans to embed the Supply Chain Sustainability School within their internal teams and supply chains.

The role’s key objectives are to support the delivery of best value and benefits of the School and collaborate to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Work closely with the Customer Account Managers to develop a good working relationship with a specific cohort of Partners
+ Attend meetings with Partners to record and agree actions
+ Account management of a small set of Partners to ensure they receive best value from the School
+ Engage with internal stakeholders, to contribute to the retention plan for all School Partners
+ Develop a good understanding of the Learning Management System and promote its use and benefits
+ Support the Partners to plan and arrange training workshops for their workforce / supply chain
+ Communicate when a new Partner to the School is announced
+ Use WordPress to create engaging Partner profiles on the School website and keep these up to date – using content provided by the Partner
+ Attend Partner events (virtual and face to face) to promote the benefits of the School where possible
+ Analysing data to develop reports that demonstrate the monetary value and impact of the School on Partner organisations
+ Other tasks as instructed which support the Partner or business as a whole

About You:

This role would perfectly suit someone with a mix project management, administration and communication skills including:

+ At least 1 year working in a commercial environment
+ Strong administration and support experience
+ Project management or events experience
+ Ability to communicate clearly in both verbal and written form
+ Good presentation skills
+ Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to work in a flexible and creative way
+ Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
+ Proactive approach – a “can do” attitude and proven ability to make things happen
+ Ability to engage meaningfully with stakeholders, good relationship, and trust building skills
+ Excellent IT skills including proficiency in Excel (WordPress experience beneficial)
+ Passion for sustainability
+ Understanding of the built environment (desirable)
