The Account Manager Opportunity:

We are on the hunt for an Account Manager with great project management skills to join our family feel team and assist with existing and new clients. You will be involved in managing multiple clients and their corresponding projects as they proceed through the agency.

You will be one of those rare people who can both build excellent client relationships and successfully manage projects through the agency ensuring the right ones are prioritised at the right time and that each one is better than the last.

What your typical day might look like:

+ Initiating the project with the client, checking feasibility, and working out budgets, teams, and resources in conjunction with agency team leads.
+ Prioritising project delivery to ensure client satisfaction and a smooth agency workflow
+ Carrying out planning for the needs of your clients, including setting goals and objectives, defining roles, and producing schedules and timelines for tasks.
+ Using Asana or another project management tool to deliver these projects
+ Daily communication and liaising with clients and the agency team
+ Taking clients' briefs and translating that information into project plans
+ Ensuring project deliveries are meeting the brief and to a high standard
+ Taking client feedback and ensuring it is implemented correctly
+ Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
+ Booking regular client meetings and coming up with fresh and innovative ideas for client reviews and workshops
+ Getting the right people to the meeting and following up with clear actions and timings
+ Managing priorities, workflows and be highly organised overall
+ Learning our systems and apps
+ Gaining the trust of both your clients and colleagues alike

What we’re looking for:

+ 2 – 4 years of work experience in the digital marketing and/or CRM space
+ Eligible to work in the UK and live within a commutable distance of London
+ Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
+ Experience in advertising, design, or digital marketing agencies to understand the relationship between different departments
+ A motivated team player attitude
+ A keen attention to detail on creative and code deliverables
+ An understanding of creative processes and techniques
+ Willingness to learn about the latest trends and develop ideas
+ Good communication and negotiation skills, to manage expectations
+ The ability to use your initiative and make decisions under pressure
+ Knowledge of HTML, ESP and CRM tools are a bonus but not essential
