The Accounts Administrator role:

We have established a strong ongoing trading relationship with Amazon and require an Accounts Administrator to join the team on a fixed term basis to continue management of the debtor from a transactional perspective.

Joining a supportive AR team, you will play a role in achievement of team KPIs and ensuring Amazon, as one of Bulk’s customers, gets a great service.

What you’ll be doing:

+ Daily management of data entry of invoices and credit notes onto the Amazon portal across 3 countries and 2 currencies.
+ Processing Amazon Shortages and Rebates per country ensuring postings are correctly posted against cost codes.
+ Processing Amazon marketing invoices against each country's debtor ledger on a monthly basis.
+ Reconciling Amazon payment settlements to invoices and credit notes on Amazon customer accounts.
+ Identifying, investigating and resolving any outstanding sales ledger items with support of the Finance Operations Manager.
+ Liaising with Amazon directly via email to raising dispute claims via vendor central.
+ Performing key reconciliations.
+ Assisting with monthly reporting.
+ General office administration as required.
+ Ad hoc tasks required by the business and managers.

What we are looking for:

+ Superb communication skills both written and verbal.
+ IT Literate with a good understanding of Excel and Formulas.
+ Ability to work to deadlines and KPIs.
+ Methodical and strong attention to detail.
+ Ability to work on tasks independently.
+ Sage 200 experience desirable.
+ Finance qualifications are not required, but beneficial.
