With a head office based centrally in Birmingham, we are the leading provider of vehicle inspection, collection & delivery services within the automotive supply chain on a nationwide basis. Typically operating at end of vehicle contract we inspect & collect in excess of 600,000 vehicles per annum making us the largest provider of these services within the sector with further growth planned.

The Administration Team Leader role:

We are on the hunt for a professional and organised administrator to provide administrative support to our Employed Drivers and Contractors.

Managing a team of 10 colleagues, you will drive efficiency by supporting colleagues through deadlines, managing systems and supporting other team leaders as needed.

Key responsibilities:

+ Managing a team of 10 personnel
+ Drive efficiency through completing regular appraisals for the team
+ Supporting the team as required to ensure deadlines are met
+ Ensure scanning system is up to date and orderly
+ Manage system databases
+ Achieve daily and weekly targets
+ Oversee and Supervise Input data onto MANPACK system from M-Store promptly and accurately
+ Investigate and promptly resolve payment related queries
+ Manage incoming and outgoing mail
+ Sending & recording distribution of drivers paperwork on Manpack
+ Such other duties as may reasonably be requested
+ Assist Finance Manager as and when required
+ Ensuring prompt responses to speeding Fines, PCN’s etc are submitted in timely and accurate manner so we are complying with regulations
