More and more people are choosing Toyota to get their vehicles serviced. This means we are looking to recruit an Apprentice Service Advisor to meet this increased demand within our Toyota workshop and team at Cambridge.

As an Apprentice Service Advisor, you will ideally possess automotive experience and must be committed to achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Working Hours: 8:00am-6:00pm and alternate Saturday mornings

The Apprentice Service Advisor role:

We are seeking an individual with excellent communications skills and a desire to deliver the highest quality customer care. You will attend training at our state of the art training centre in Derby where a vehicle and accommodation will be provided.

A competent Service Advisor has many transferable skills throughout the retail motor industry, it is not uncommon for a Service Advisor to progress through the ranks and go on to become a Parts Managers, After Sales Managers or Service Manager.
