How we’re going to get you there:
We have put in place an internal training programme for new starters without industry experience. This can take up to 3 months on average until you feel a little more independent.
Within this time frame and for a further 3 months (completing the probationary period), you will have started to gravitate naturally towards a particular technical domain which you feel passionate about.
We’ll work with you to put in place the relevant stepping stones as a clear pathway of progression with realistic aims, goals and a long term career plan.
We have so much work on and multiple active roles already needing immediate attention within the UK and Europe, so it is important we continue onboarding the right people to really hit the ground running.
