An exciting opportunity has arisen for a successful and motivated Service Advisor / Customer Service Advisor with experience of working either within Retail or any other related industry to work in our vibrant dealership.

Basic Salary Up to £25,000 + Bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm, Saturdays by team rota.

The Automotive Service Advisor Opportunity:

This role is customer facing as part of the aftersales team. The purpose is to provide effective aftersales advice to customers about their service and repair requirements, while ensuring individual and business objectives are achieved.

The aims of this role are:

+ To build effective rapport with aftersales customers, and to effectively establish their servicing and repair needs.
+ To provide effective advice to meet customer needs, whilst adhering to our standards and legal requirements.
+ To effectively upsell aftersales products and services to meet customer needs, meeting both individual and team targets.
+ To correctly handle incoming aftersales enquiries, providing good quality service and advice, and achieving the required appointments.
+ To correctly and efficiently administer service bookings and sales ensuring clear communication to the sales department, parts team, and workshop.
+ To ensure complete customer satisfaction through the provision of high quality service and advice.

About You:

Working in a great vibrant environment amongst a busy team, this role involves dealing directly with customers on a day to day basis. You will often need to multitask and prioritise in order to meet customer needs, while also being able to present a confident and knowledgeable appearance to the customer at all times.

You will often be asked to discuss some technical matters with customers when advising them about their servicing needs. Therefore, a confidence with both customers and vehicles would be essential.

Key Skills:

+ You’ll have a customer service background in either automotive or any related industry or a customer facing role ideally with the motor industry, however, this is not essential
+ You’ll be motivated, enthusiastic, helpful with a can-do attitude
+ Committed to delivering an exceptional level of customer service
+ You’ll be well presented with the resilience and drive to succeed
+ The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with customers face to face and over the telephone is essential
+ You’ll be computer literate
+ A full clean driving licence is preferred
