The Role:

You’ll be working closely with our AWS Solutions Architect and Partner Transformation Consultants in the design, development and implementation of web hosting, cloud migration and infrastructure as code (IaaC) projects.

As the AWS SME you will gain exposure and experience in multiple sectors including finance, education and media. We support professional development and work with the mantra of always making cloud work better, faster and easier for our clients.

Your day to day includes:

+ Delivery of AWS Builds and Migration Projects
+ Support AWS Solution Architect during presales activities on Statement of Works with creation of AWS Architectures
+ Support the AWS Solution Architect during Pre-Sales activities building out client Implementation Statement of Works
+ Deputise for the AWS Solutions Architect across all Solution Architecture Pre-sales in their absence.
+ Act as escalation point for Professional Services Support Team for all AWS queries
+ Support long standing retainer clients with high touch customer service
+ Identify and drive technical best practice within AWS through the production of process and knowledge documentation
+ Continuous Professional Development to ensure skillset is relevant and at the forefront of the technologies used

You'll be ideal for us if you:

+ 1~3 Years of experience required within an AWS Delivery Role with experience of build and migration projects
+ Top skills required, AWS Compute, Database, Storage, Networking, Security, Organisations, and Linux and/or Windows administration, etc.
+ High Desirable, DevOps (AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible, GitOps, CI/CD)
+ Awareness of the AWS Well Architected Framework
+ Excellent customer service
+ Familiar with Kubernetes/EKS and is an area of interest
+ Ability to work in Agile Methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
