David Harber Ltd are multi-award-winning, internationally renowned designers of luxurious, hand-crafted sculptures, whose works have graced some of the world’s most prestigious addresses – from British institutions such as Windsor Castle and Eton to destinations further afield in Asia, Australia, Europe, and the USA.
Every sculpture, sundial or water feature is crafted by hand on site in rural Oxfordshire. As a family-owned business, we are a small but established team, where every individual plays their part offering the very best service to its highly affluent audience of private customers, interior and garden designers, art consultants and property developers.
We are looking for an accomplished brand figurehead, who, working in close collaboration with the Senior Management Team and the Sales Team Manager, will take responsibility for raising brand awareness and lead generation.
You will be able to use available metrics to decide where to focus marketing activity and establish a process that measures ROI so you can adapt and improve plans accordingly.
Areas of focus:
You will be responsible for leading the company to the next level of growth and will be working in close collaboration with the Sales Team who will be converting any leads. Your entrepreneurial energy and charm will enable you to forge valuable relationships with specifiers and to create opportunities for collaborations etc.
The greatest potential for growth has been identified as B2B relationship building amongst high end garden designers, interior designers, architects, and landscape architects as well the luxury design sector in the UK and internationally.
You will be the brand spokesperson representing David Harber in the UK and internationally at key networking events and will build relationships with the Press to maximise any opportunity. Equally you will identify and select opportunities for participation in events, exhibitions, and collaborations with third parties.
You will Lead the marketing team to develop and deliver a marketing and communications plan to achieve objectives set out in the business plan and harnessing the potential of digital marketing in the UK and the US. You will be highly effective at using data to drive activities and maximise the potential of marketing investment.
To manage the creative team and ensure that the David Harber brand retains its identity and vitality.
Reporting to the Managing Director and a key member of the Senior Management Team, this role will have the Marketing team reporting to them.
You need to be a creative marketeer with commercial and entrepreneurial flair. Your key role externally will be to represent the David Harber brand with flair, imagination, and charisma. The role demands an ability to talk about design with the client, so a genuine interest and an eye for design is an essential requirement.
This role requires a strong networker who can build relationships in the luxury design sector, within high end garden design and/or the world of interiors. Existing connections in this sector would be a great advantage.
