The Business Centre Manager role:

As Stoneacre Business Centre Manager, you will be a welcoming individual who can communicate well with a wide range of clients while remaining goal orientated. You will become responsible for the business development of vehicle fleets across the Stoneacre Group from within the corporate, not for profit and public sector markets.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Achieve sales targets.
+ Tailor solutions as appropriate to ensure customer needs are met.
+ Utilise and market sales initiatives and campaigns to ensure that targets are achieved and exceeded.
+ Identify opportunities to re-engage "dropped off" customers.
+ Identify and engage with key internal relationships and utilise their experience in all activities.
+ Own all marketing campaigns, mailing initiatives and telephone canvassing activities to maximise appointment levels and conversion ratios.
+ Build relationships with all manufacturer contacts within your business environment, engaging with them on all networking opportunities.
+ Deliver appropriate activity to achieve all targets, including volume, profit/margin, Fleet Management, daily rental, other profit targets, as required.
+ Attend sales meetings and deliver monthly reports summarising activity as required.

About you:

Our ideal candidate would be someone who has a proven track record in Sales, and experienced in reporting to key stakeholders.

The successful candidate will also have a firm grasp of working independently in an office environment and will be highly adept with all standard MS Office programmes.
