We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Service Coordinator to join our team in Caerphilly. As Service Coordinator, you will become a vital part of the team responsible for supporting the business to identify areas for process improvement and ensuring good Customer Service.
+ Providing Cross Functional Communication and Process Improvements to help deliver Company OTIF Target and Customer Experience
+ Managing Mailbox for escalation of Service Issues
+ Investigating OTIF failures for the identification of process improvement opportunities
+ Operate Cross Functionally at all levels for the benefit of OTIF and Customer Experience
+ Identifying Service Failing Trends to PI Team
+ Supporting PI Team in Validation of Trends
+ Ensuring a high level of communication to the business around ongoing Service Issues
+ Compliance to all Company Procedures and legislative requirements
+ Monitoring OTIF performance on Service Critical Business & Stock Holdings
+ Training out new processes to key stakeholders
+ Supporting Functional Managers to manage change within their teams
+ Producing Health Check Reports to identify Process Adherence cross functionally
We Are Looking For:
+ Customer Service or Warehousing background / experience
+ Comfortable on the phone with a great telephone manner
+ Flexible work approach
+ Problem Solver
+ Able to work as a team and without supervision
+ Positive and proactive “can do” attitude
+ Interested in all aspects of a role
+ Great attention to detail
+ Excel Skills are preferred but not essential
+ Any Experience in Process Improvement or Process Adherence would be an advantage
