The Key Account Manager Opportunity:

The primary role of the Key Account Manager is to retain key clients by managing relationships from a personal perspective. Taking ownership over client expectations and managing workflow from key dental clinic accounts

You will also grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients. Key Account Managers work with mid and senior level management, marketing, and technical staff.

Key Duties Include:

+ Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organisation.
+ Research and build relationships with new clients.
+ Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice Leaders/Principals.
+ Plan approaches and pitches. Work as a team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
+ Participate in pricing the solution/service.
+ Handle objections by clarifying, emphasising agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate
appropriately.
+ Monthly reporting
+ Work with existing clients ensuring that we meet their current and future needs.

About You:

+ Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an account manager
+ Knowledge of the dental industry is preferable
+ Ability to work unsupervised and achieving individual targets
+ Ability to work externally and part of an extended team
+ Experience within the dental sector would be great, but not required
