We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Client Director to work for an ambitious, up and coming independent creative agency, leading the biggest UK client account.

About You:

We are recruiting a Client Director who is strategic, creative, commercial and above all has a passion for the work – effective advertising and brand building. You will partner and lead clients through marketing decisions, squeeze every ounce of creativity out of the agency, make the client brave, find creative ways of solving problems and get things done efficiently, painlessly, and profitably.

You will help grow the business year on year by managing pitch opportunities and the successful onboarding of clients; you’ll be comfortable using your connections and interpersonal skills to support new business as well as developing existing client relationships. You will help contribute to client satisfaction by demonstrating effectiveness and confidently navigating and resolving complex situations.

You don’t need to be in the details of the project here. We have an exceptional team of Producers who monitor projects, making sure things happen.

You will be passionate about marketing, with a drive to deliver. You will have experience of creating and overseeing with an excellent knowledge on the latest trends and innovations in the marketplace using insights and research to gain an in-depth understanding of your clients’ requirements.

And just for good measure, you’ll be commercially focused, numbers savvy, able to guide and mentor wider team members and be confident enough to challenge clients and influence where necessary.
