We are currently expanding our business and are now offering an exciting chance to join the team, as Handover/Retentions Specialist at our RRG Lexus Stockport branch.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Talking with and listening to customers to build rapport and develop relationships.
+ Managing a multifaceted bank of orders keeping each client up to date with the ETA of their vehicle.
+ Progressing each sale whilst ensuring the order matches the requirement upon handover.
+ Demonstrating ability to sell incremental add on products to gain additional commission.
+ Managing pre handover documentation, Finance, DVLA and Insurance, to allow ample time to deliver the vehicle.
+ Using in-depth product knowledge to guide the customer in the operation of their new vehicle.
+ Executing post-handover contact with the client to ensure complete customer satisfaction. + Working with colleagues and other teams across the Centre to provide continuous improvement and seamless service to customers.

About you:

+ History of working within customer services or a customer-facing role in the retail industry.
+ Excellent customer service skills and enjoys working with people.
+ Enjoys working in a high-pressure environment.
+ Enjoys working to and can achieve challenging targets.
+ Able to work independently. Able to multi-task and switch quickly between tasks.
+ Willingness to learn, develop and keep up-to-date with complex/ technical/product information.
+ Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
+ Strong people/communication skills.
+ Is a team player.
+ Offers help and support to others.
