An exciting opportunity has just opened! Stoneacre are looking for a Customer Lifetime Value Manager to join our team based in the Northeast of England.

This role can be based out of any of our centres in the Northeast of England around our HQ in Doncaster.

The Customer Lifetime Value Manager role:

Though our Head Office is based in Doncaster, Stoneacre operates across several locations throughout the Northeast of England; our mission is to bring the most desirable brands in the automotive industry to our customers.

This role is all about implementing your vision for change. Therefore, you must be able to demonstrate a strong track record of formulating and delivering new strategies while keeping Key Stakeholders invested in the change.

Stoneacre embraces candidates from a diverse background. Of course, we will consider candidates with the appropriate formal qualifications: CIPD Level 5, a Degree in Business Studies, or similar. However, we would be just as happy to take on someone with the right professional experience!

About you:

+ Have strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to each customer’s needs.
+ Be highly motivated and have the ability to work well under pressure.
+ Be able to balance the requirements of our customers and our Centre Managers.
+ Be able and willing to achieve agreed sales targets across our product range.
+ Gather insights and best practice to disseminate across the relevant centre teams.
+ Strong analytical skills and the ability to clearly pass on complex data and ideas.
+ Be an organised individual; ensure the team’s skills are current and competent.
