Customer Service Agent – Italian Speaker
Colchester | Starting rate £9.27 per hour on a 40 hours a week contract (Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm)

The Role:

We are an award winning, online retailer of sports nutrition products with a growing international presence.

We have an immediate vacancy for a talented and driven customer care agent for our Italian site.

You must be passionate about customer services and enjoy the challenges of a fast growing and constantly evolving work environment. We are looking for an individual with a polite, patient telephone manner and always putting customer satisfaction first.

Reporting to the Customer Experience Team Leader, your role will include the following:

+ Maintaining telephone cover throughout the working day responding to customers by phone or email
+ Keeping ticket management system up to date
+ Liaising with couriers on all outstanding issues and claims
+ Liaising with finance for all payment and refund issues
+ Management of returns
+ Liaising with warehouse on daily shipment status
+ Any company wide support activities, as required

You should be able to demonstrate the following:

+ Fluent in Italian, both written and verbal communication (native speaker would be preferable)
+ Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication
+ Experience in a commercial call centre environment focusing on customer queries and complaints via both telephone and email
+ Experience in an environment involving time-sensitive logistics would be an advantage
+ Good level of mathematics (min. GCSE in Maths or equivalent)
+ Ability to work with limited supervision and take on responsibility
+ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and online ticketing portals, experience with Sage would be an advantage
+ Any knowledge and interest in sports supplements is an advantage
