Customer Service Apprentice
£12,000 Raising to £17,000 on your 2nd Year (Or National Minimum Wage)

The Customer Service Apprentice role:
As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will deliver high quality products and services to the customers. Your customer interactions may cover a wide range of situations and can include face-to-face, telephone, post, email, text, and social media where you may be the first point of contact. Some of the tasks you might deal with are; meeting & greeting customers, supporting product and/ or service sales, problem solving, and after care services.
Your apprenticeship will last for twelve months, with an additional two months' end-point assessment (EPA). Throughout this, you will receive support from one of our expert skills coaches, who will provide teaching and learning activities, coaching, and mentoring, and one-to-one development sessions to guide you to the successful completion of your programme.
These activities are designed to help you display and demonstrate the KSBs required in your role, to encourage you to self-reflect on how you have applied your learning in the real world, to set targets and actions which support your continued development.
You will also gain level two qualifications in both English and maths (if you haven’t achieved these already), during your journey, proving that you have the numeracy and literacy skills essential to your success at work.

+ Flexible to work hours required to carry out the role effectively and travel
+ Candidates with full driving licences are preferred, though not essential
+ Basic IT skills and GCSEs in English and Maths are preferred, though not essential
