The Customer Service Operations Coordinator Role:

We currently have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our evolving Service Coordinator Team. The successful candidate will be an excellent problem solver and form part of a Team focused on driving alignment & continuous improvement across Customer Service, Supply Chain, Operations & Transport, with the objective of improving Customer Experience & internal efficiencies

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

+ Experience of leading & supporting process improvements
+ Possess a strong business understanding & appreciation of the competing demands between Supply Chain, Warehousing, Transport & Customer Service when aspiring for high levels of Customer Service.
+ Ability to problem solve, carry out in-depth investigation & identify areas for process improvement
+ Recommend & assist implementation of process changes that yield measurable improvements in efficiency, effectiveness & Customer experience
+ Communicate process change in a clear & straightforward manner.
+ Coach people cross functionally to achieve behavioural change & process adoption.
+ Work in a structured way with full accountability for task completion.

We Are Looking For:

The ideal candidate will be keen to develop strong relationship and seek commitment to common goals. It would be advantageous if they had previous experience in distribution, warehousing and administration. They must be a strong communicator, both written and verbally, with a good level of knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel. Experience of CRM systems and SAP.
