Customer Service & Support Team Leader – Music Technology – Leading Studio & DJ Equipment Retailer.

Who we are:
We are a major music equipment retailer based in Camden, North London.
We are currently looking for an experienced Service & Support Team Leader for our service and returns department. The successful candidate will have a high level of music equipment and testing knowledge, and previous experience in team leadership. They will be responsible for the implementation of new procedures and workflows, and for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our product testing, customer support and returns administration.
Duties and responsibilities:
+ Identifying and prioritising workload
+ Managing daily operations
+ Supervising staff performance
+ Supporting customers via email and phone
+ Testing and diagnosing DJ & studio equipment products
+ Liaising with manufacturers to resolve issues and arrange repairs and replacements
The suitable candidate will:
+ Have previous leadership experience
+ Have a music technology qualification
+ Have a deep knowledge of DJ and studio equipment
+ Have professional experience of testing music equipment
+ Have strong analytical capabilities, and excellent attention to detail
+ Have strong administrative and organisational skills
+ Be able to cope under pressure and work to deadlines
+ Be a team player who enjoys working with others
+ Previous customer support experience
