Our Story:

Founded in 2016, we are the brainchild of our Founder Manjula (Women in Fintech Powerlist & Best Female Led Investment Award) who was determined to create an organisation that would have no other agenda but to unite Government, Business, Civil society and Citizens for the delivery of the Sustainable Development Goals.

Your next opportunity:

As a Success and Implementation Manager you will be a key part of the Success team, helping onboard and manage our growing portfolio of global customers, including large global brands, and play your part in building an excellent Success function, operating cross-functionally.

You will deliver an outstanding customer experience, onboarding customers onto the G17Eco platform and then working with them in life to ensure they make the most of our apps to support their sustainability goals and ensure we achieve high-customer satisfaction and retention.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will be good on important detail, organised to handle multiple customers at a time and able to follow processes, while proactively looking to improve efficiency while delivering value.

You will be comfortable with technology including Salesforce and Asana, and a quick learner to set up and train customers on the system and understand how our app can serve them. You will become the customer's point of contact post sales, requiring you to be proactive and client centric in thinking about how to meet your customers objectives, requiring you to often work cross-functionally.

This role will give you the opportunity to help build the Success function, where we welcome your insights and ideas on how to build such a function, giving you the space to be a key contributor to how the Success team and wider business develops.

Qualifications and Skills:

+ A Bachelor’s degree or other relevant training
+ 4 – 5+ years of work in a customer-facing role (Sales, CS, Partnerships)
+ Knowledge and understanding of Corporate Sustainability and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) preferred
+ Experience in a sustainability reporting, analytics, strategy or marketing organisation ideal
+ Account handling experience, including global brands
+ A commercial mindset
+ Experience of SaaS products (Software as a Service)
+ Aptitude for digital systems and technology
+ Project management skills welcome
+ Passion for sustainability, impact, information management, technology and product development
+ Ability to build trusting and lasting relationships at all levels including Director level – online and face to face
+ A can-do attitude, and a very proactive approach to each day
+ Additional European language would be beneficial
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Good attention to detail and ability to work methodically through a process
+ Strong organisational competency and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
+ Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise effectively
+ Ability to adapt within a dynamic environment, and desire to work on multidisciplinary teams
