With a head office based centrally in Birmingham, we are the leading provider of vehicle inspection, collection & delivery services within the automotive supply chain on a nationwide basis. Typically operating at end of vehicle contract we inspect & collect in excess of 600,000 vehicles per annum making us the largest provider of these services within the sector with further growth planned.

The Driver Coordinator role:
We are looking for a person who demonstrates passion, enthusiasm and energy to drive the performance of the Operations department to promote a culture of consistently delivering customer and commercial excellence and organisational efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
+ Book work to the drivers throughout the day
+ Search for extra drivers who are available
+ Coordinate breakdowns
+ Liaise with recruitment to ensure driver coverage is at optimum levels and to discuss recruitment requirements
+ Ensure Customer Service department are informed of any problems, delays or failures
+ Liaise with administration department to resolve driver paperwork queries
+ Provide out of hour’s emergency cover on a rota basis
+ Provide meetings with drivers on a regular basis
+ Deal with complaints from drivers
+ Ensure all work on the system is planned and allocated
+ Such other duties as may reasonably be requested

+ Contact Centre experience
+ Excellent customer Service

+ Excellent coordination and organisational skills
