eCommerce Manager (Shopify) – Luxury Menswear Fashion & Bespoke Tailoring Brand
£50,000 – £70,000 + Pension, Clothing Allowance + Performance Bonus

As the head of a newly created eCommerce function you will have the exciting task of growing this new sales channel from scratch. Overseeing the day-to-day trading of the site including fulfilment integration, supply chain management and stock management, this is an ideal role for a 'hands-on' and self-sufficient individual with proven experience running eCommerce businesses based on the Shopify platform. Digital marketing experience would be advantageous.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Managing all eCommerce business aspects including business trade, onsite optimisation, warehousing & fulfilment, web analytics and web technologies
+ Overseeing website development improvements
+ Connecting retail inventory with e-commerce inventory systems
+ Managing stock and products on the site,
+ Monitoring the site to continually optimise conversions
+ Managing any external partners
+ Reporting back to the senior stakeholders on key business metrics
The Ideal Candidate Requirements:
+ Hard working and proactive
+ Highly commercial and analytical
+ Able to prioritise and organise their workflow and work autonomously
+ Be passionate about their work
+ Happy to be a doer as well as a manager and not be afraid to “get their hands dirty”
+ 3 years+ eCommerce experience
+ In-depth knowledge of Shopify
+ Confident with google analytics
+ Be able to devise and understand an A/B test
+ Understand and execute conversion rate optimisation
+ Demonstrated successful email marketing and marketing database growth (Klayvio)
+ Ideally ability to build, run & optimise campaigns on Facebook / Instagram & Google Ads
+ Experience with fulfilment integration
+ Experience managing multiple storefronts for different geo locations and managing inventory across them
