The Executive Assistant role:
We are looking to add a Business-Minded Executive Assistant to our stellar team.
This role has the capacity to be part-time for 4 days a week or have flexible school hours for those with little ones. You will have your own transport to get to the office as public transport doesn’t reach us.
You will primarily be assisting the CEO with clients and getting involved in varied projects around the company. We work with clients world wide so there might even be some international travel from time to time – we told you this was no ordinary role!
+ Extensive calendar and diary management
+ Manage several saas project management tools, keep them up to date
+ Managing CEOs' email inbox and sending responses
+ Arranging travel and booking accommodation
+ Liaising with clients, other coaches and other employees
+ Greeting visitors and clients
+ Management and oversight of business projects
+ Attending meetings with the CEO and recording capturing actions
+ Taking meetings on your own with clients and reporting back with actions
+ Maintaining and monitoring budgets and expenses
+ Arranging dinners, social events and public appearances
+ Researching new business ventures or projects
A little bit about you:
+ Solid EA or PA experience
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
+ Proficiency in Advanced G Suit, Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), must have a current working knowledge of how to maximise efficiency.
+ An ability to create standout, powerful and engaging presentations
+ Flawless interpersonal skills
+ Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Speaking Spanish is a plus
+ Our office is based on a beautiful farm so this might not be the role for you if you have allergies to pigs, cows, chickens or dogs
