We are committed to innovation and excellence, seeking an Delivery Success Manager to join our Partner Enablement team. This role is pivotal in supporting our Certified Consulting Partners (CCPs) through the implementation process of Actionstep solutions.

The Global IT Support Manager Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT systems expert to support our mostly remote workforce of 200 employees. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our staff has the technology resources and support needed to work effectively from home offices. This role acts as the point of escalation for IT-related technical issues.

What a Typical Day Might Look Like:

+ Providing desktop support and troubleshooting hardware/software issues for employee laptops/desktops
+ Managing employee email accounts and distribution lists in Office 365
+ Administering and maintaining Azure Active Directory for user authentication and access
+ Creating and managing Office 365 groups
+ Administering Teams and SharePoint sites
+ Serving as a front-line IT help desk, providing remote technical assistance via a ticketing system
+ Monitoring and responding to help desk tickets in a timely manner
+ Configuring group policy, conditional access policies, SSO, and MDM systems such as Intune and Jamf
+ Deploying security updates and patches for desktop/laptop systems
+ Setting up new employee laptop/desktop systems and provision required software/access + Managing vendor relationships for IT services and equipment
+ Developing and maintaining IT documentation, policies and procedures
+ Handling full employee onboarding process for new hires, setting up accounts/access
+ Managing offboarding process for terminated employees, revoking access securely

About You:

+ 5+ years experience as an IT Administrator or Desktop Support Specialist
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT Administration or a related field
+ Extensive hands-on experience with MacOS, Windows 11, and the Office 365 suite
+ Strong working knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint
+ Expertise in remote desktop support and troubleshooting
+ Experience with IT help desk ticketing systems
+ Outstanding customer service skills with ability to explain technical issues clearly
+ Self-motivated with excellent time management skills for a remote role
+ Familiarity with network security best practices
+ Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively
+ Able to work in both team and individual capacities
