The Growth / Business Development Manager Opportunity:
We are currently looking for Partner Sales Manager to grow our relationships with key technology partners, this is a great opportunity for the right individual to grow our partner strategy and shape the future of the role and department.
You will be expected to collaborate strongly with key partners to identify and engage with prospects to develop marketing leads into opportunities, identify new business opportunities and ultimately close these opportunities successfully.
+ Build strong relationships with our technology partners (such as Adobe, Magento, Salesforce and our cloud partners)
+ Attend partner meetings and offices when required making the business a partner of choice including delivering customer presentations
+ Shape and implement Partner New Business Strategies – meeting defined revenue targets from partner channels
+ Draft RFI responses
+ Generate leads through Partner network by effective lead qualification and sales acumen and assist in converting these into revenue
+ Identify and manage Partner-generated pipeline to deliver revenue opportunities
+ Undertake joint sales planning exercises with our partner’s sales teams
+ Assist the overall business development team with partner marketing and support activities to enhance the partner program
+ Keeping up to date with general eCommerce / digital marketing industry knowledge.

We need you to be really great at:
+ Sales experience in planning, scoping and selling technology software into large corporations ideally retail and Commerce
+ Ideally a track record of supporting sales through partnership management Including pitching, selling and lead generation for sales and growth
+ Proven experience building strong collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders
+ Experience of identifying market opportunities and building a realistic plan to unlock this revenue
+ Ability to create and qualify leads. Working with partners to understand requirements and demonstrate that various services and products meet their needs
+ Collaborative and proactive mindset: an excellent team player able to work closely with technical sales and business development colleagues
+ Project delivery experience in a client / client facing role, e.g. consultant, delivery manager, project manager or account manager would be advantageous
+ Experience in executing marketing activities such as account-based marketing campaigns and events
+ Self-starter with strong time management and organisational skills
+ High level of communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
+ Excellent negotiation skills and an ability to handle sensitive issues with tact and diplomacy
