£90,000 Salary + Pension & Incentive Scheme (Cash & Shares) + Progression to COO

Your Opportunity for 2021:
Working with the Executive Chairman, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of our strategic, commercial and business priorities as well as implementing organisational operations.
You will lead the drive for strong performance and management data to support board and executive decision-making and be required to exercise judgment over complex cross-organisation projects in a highly demanding stakeholder environment.
In this seat you will work across all key departments, leading a dynamic approach with the goal of driving further development and market share growth. In particular developing the relationship along with other senior management team members with the NHS, the NHS IT Futures and NHS Clinical Consulting Groups the successful candidate will have strong people management skills, the confidence to lead, inspire and motivate multi-disciplinary teams. They will have direct input into company strategy, operating plans and ownership of key KPI's, determining company performance.
+ Full ownership of building and growing the existing UK business, including revenue and profit targets and assessing commercial opportunities.
+ Establishing and delivering on short, medium and long-term objectives of shareholders in line with the Company’s strategy.
+ Leadership and management of existing team, including recruitment, training & development and staff welfare, whilst proactively improving the technological and digital capabilities within the organisation, to drive efficiencies and performance.
+ Responsible for building, developing and driving the performance of all commercial activities and specifically the Sales Team function.
+ Creation of a robust sales strategy for further UK and Australasian expansions, developing a sales pipeline, channel sales and strategic global sales initiatives.
+ Manage the business with a hands-on approach, reporting to the board on a regular basis.
+ Coordinate the M&A activity in collaboration with our board of directors.
+ Regular presentations to the board of directors and SMT members.
+ Strong Leadership experience with at least 5 years in a similar managerial role and strategic experience in this field.
+ Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership mentality with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
+ Highly commercial, with a track record of driving growth within SME environments. Up to £20m turnover category.
+ Technology savvy with a commercial focus and ideally having successfully worked for a software business with exposure to both SaaS modelling and Remote Patient Monitoring would be highly advantageous.
+ Track record of motivating, developing and driving a team to hit targets, ideally with Healthcare sector experience but not essential.
+ Proven experience of setting corporate strategy and measuring/evaluating progress as well as commercial contract negotiation and value creation.
+ Be driven, passionate, professional and results-orientated.
+ Superb communication skills and experience working with remote team members.
