We are looking for someone who can form a close working relationship with the CEO and be motivated to cover a wide range of activities from HR to organising fun events to Executive support. This is a fun and varied role with no day being the same!

The HR / Executive Assistant role:

As Executive Assistant, you will provide high-quality support to the CEO and Executive team, you will also be responsible for HR administration, and lead on the organisation of board and company meetings. You will have the full support of the CEO and Chief HR Officer in your role so do not worry if you have not had experience in all duties listed, we are looking for someone who can add their unique value and personality to our team!

Main Duties:

Executive Support:

+ Working directly with the CEO to support all aspects of his daily work routine.
+ Maintaining the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, expenses, and travel (may include domestic and international) arrangements.
+ Administrative support to board and Executive team meetings.
+ Adhoc support for the Executive team.

Human Resources and HQ Support:

+ HR administration support, including contracts of employment, probationary period documents, new starter paperwork, inductions and role changes
+ Arranging disciplinary, grievance and absence review meetings and taking notes
+ Identifying and coordinating communication initiatives
+ Implement and develop initiatives including wellbeing, sustainability and charity support
+ Work with the events committee to make the office a fun and engaging place to work

About you:

+ Prior experience in working with or supporting a senior executive or team is desirable
+ Previous experience working with HR administration is desirable
+ Excellent organisation and time-management skills
+ Highly discrete and comfortable handling confidential information
+ Energetic, engaging and eager to tackle new projects and ideas and get everyone’s buy in and involvement
+ A team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships across a pan European team
+ Multilingual (not essential)
