Role Info:

Internal IT Technician / Support Engineer
Based from our office in Wisborough Green, West Sussex with travel to our London office at least once a week.
Access to own transport is essential due to our location.
Up to £28,000
Plus Benefits Package
9.00am to 5.30pm / Monday to Friday. (37.5hrs per week).
Start date: ASAP

Product / Service: The company offers a wide range of services and integrated technological solutions in Cyber Security, Cloud, IoT, Big Data and Blockchain.
Revenue: €1.4 billion
Your Skills: Working in a similar support based IT role, using service desk management software. Process driven IT support experience, attention to detail, Windows 10 and Azure experience, AD experience, planning and prioritisation capabilities. Building new employee machines.

The IT Support Engineer Role:

We’re recruiting for an Internal Support Engineer to join our busy team based in Wisborough Green, West Sussex & London. The main focus of this role is to provide support for the use of key business applications. The role can be varied and covers a wide range of technologies so you must be able to adapt to changes in responsibilities and duties as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide support for the use of key business applications.
+ Handle incoming calls from users.
+ Operate a helpdesk system responding to problems quickly, efficiently and in a timely manner.
+ Maintain user accounts in Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange.
+ Build, service and troubleshoot laptops and desktops.
+ Ensure systems are kept up-to-date and maintained in line with best practice.
+ Coordination with 3rd party vendors to support systems.
+ To follow and aid in the development and deployment of ISO processes and software solutions in line with business strategy and the priority set by management.
+ Evaluate and implement appropriate technologies and where appropriate participate in projects relating to supported applications and new systems for the business.
+ Occasional out of hours work may be required as and when necessary.

About You:

+ This is a highly process driven role, and the ability to learn and implement these processes will be vital for the successful candidate.
+ Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
+ Able to work collaboratively as part of the team, but also independently and using your own initiative.
+ A professional and confident approach.
+ Accuracy and attention to detail.
+ Ability to efficiently plan and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
+ Previous applications, software or product support, experience working within a support team
+ Windows 10
