The Junior Project Coordinator Role:

As Junior Project Coordinator, you will administer, plan, schedule and control the company’s professional services projects with primary focus on our penetration testing services. You will create projects and project plans, ensure efficient customer liaison, and provide on-going support activities.

This is a fast paced, varied and challenging, opportunity and would ideally suit an energetic and highly motivated self-starter with fantastic communication and organisation.

What Your Day Might Look Like :

+ Setting up projects in the company’s project management system
+ Initiating communication with clients
+ Planning, scheduling, and co-ordinating project delivery
+ Hosting project kick-off meetings as required
+ Maintaining and managing the company’s project management system and resource planner
+ Project utilisation reporting
+ Gathering all project requirements and necessary information ahead of project delivery
+ Liaising with Consultants and ensuring client engagements are delivered
+ Scheduling client project calls for the Consultancy team as required
+ Ensuring project close down activities are planned to complete project lifecycle care
+ Routinely use and update the CRM System ensuring up-to-date system information
+ Responding to in-bound customer services and support enquiries

About you:

+ Previous employment within the same or closely related role
+ Understanding / experience in the cyber security sector
+ Good administration, organisation, and task management skills
+ Willingness to create and maintain accurate project records, systems and processes
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Good relationship-building skills, both internally and externally
+ Strong personal organisation
+ Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus, productivity & meeting deadlines
+ Ability to keep calm and keep a positive attitude under pressure
+ Strong MS Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
+ Knowledge of CRMs, ideally Salesforce
+ Professional and presentable
