The Logistics Administrator role:

We are looking for a brand new addition to come and join our logistics team.

You will become the centre of the company from handling the phone line for first- base contact to providing team logistics.

You’ll be working with multiple teams around the business including HR, Accounts Payable and Travel. This is an all-round role working in many areas so be ready to be kept on your toes.

What might a day-to-day look like?

+ Maintaining an order status database, following up with vendors to ensure correct ETA’s are given and timely deliveries
+ Receiving mail and shipments
+ Providing positive interaction with other team members and customers
+ Maintaining the warehouse (Cleanliness and Safety)
+ Handling a multi-line telephone
+ Managing filing systems
+ Working remotely with Accounts Payable to process vendor bills and submitting purchase orders
+ Work remotely with Human Resources to Windsor office & Health and Safety Representative
+ Trained First Aider (training will be provided)
+ Assisting in office new hire orientation
+ Preform weekly and quarterly office maintenance
+ Work remotely with the travel team to book travel (Hotels, Flights, Cars) and keep travel itineraries up to date.
+ Providing on-call logistics and travel support 1 weekend a month
+ Work with marketing and events teams to coordinate and set up company events

About you:

+ Valid Driver Licence with a reliable vehicle (some driving will be required)
+ Intermediate computer skills (minimum typing speed of 45 WPM)
+ Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge, i.e. Excel, Outlook, Word
+ Excellent work ethic and drive
+ Meticulous attention to detail
+ Must be able to lift 50 pounds
+ Ability to adapt to frequent changes
+ Ability to handle oneself professionally and gracefully in a fast-moving environment
