Management Accountant / Bookkeeper – SaaS for Healthcare / NHS
£35,000 – £40,000
As Management Accountant / Bookkeeper you will be responsible for assisting in daily operation of Finance & Admin tasks, including raising invoices, liaising with customers and suppliers, chasing debtors and the preparation of month end reports, assisting with CRM system’s housekeeping and providing daily support to the CFO.
Financial Analysis: Management accounting duties including preparation of monthly P&L and Balance Sheet accounts.
Forecasting: Ownership of the group rolling forecast across all group entities.
Credit Control: Maintaining an efficient credit control process, chasing debtors and resolving any issues arising.
Projects: Participating in ad hoc projects where required providing sound financial analysis, assisting with accounting and control processes, enabling informed decision making and providing quality information and critical support to the CFO.
Xero: Ensure the efficient and effective processing of all transactions on Xero for accurate reconciliation, maintaining good system housekeeping and assisting with the build and design of new informative reports.
Cover: Take the lead, work with, support and assist the finance & admin team and within the company on a daily basis ensuring that work is prioritised to meet deadlines, share or delegate workload (invoicing, payment posting, banking and bank reconciliation) in the event of sickness or holiday cover.
+ Minimum 2-3 years management accounting experience
+ Advanced Excel skills
+ Experience of the XERO
