An exciting opportunity for a great motivator and nurturer of people with a successful background in operations management, property or finance to join an award winning independent sales and letting agent, mortgage brokerage and property investment group.

Due to continued growth and success, we are looking for a very special Operations Manager to join our small team in Bicester, who can balance the needs of the business, our customers and our employees, whilst juggling many different business priorities.

This is an office based role based in Bicester, Oxfordshire
£45,000 – £55,000 + Bonus (OTE £55,000 – £65,000)
Plus 24 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:45 – 18:00

What does a typical week look like?

+ Establishing and maintaining a business standards for one of the business units
+ Creating a budget for one of the business units
+ Tracking business performance to ensure each business unit meets their profit and key performance targets
+ Improving a business process based on feedback from the team or a customer
+ Updating our internal policies and procedures to reflect the changes made
+ Upholding the company values and positive work culture
+ Having a 1:1’s with a team member to make sure they are on track and developing and coaching them to achieve their full potential
+ Coordinating a staff training event
+ Ensuring compliance with Employment Laws and Industry regulations, GDPR & Anti Money Laundering policies

+ You have strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to develop long lasting business relationships, along with the ability to make sound business sound decisions.
+ You have a successful background in operations management, property or finance with strong IT skills.
