As a Team Leader, you will be an integral part of setting up the team, systems and processes for the new Supplier Services division. You will have experience in outbound telesales environment, growing, managing and nurturing a small but well-formed sales team.

About the Role
As the Team leader, you will manage and monitor the team, plan and create sales campaigns as well as participate in selling services. You will be responsible and accountable for leading a small team of outbound telesales sales agents to achieve customer growth and revenue goals. You will play a vital role in proactively leading, developing and executing a high performing outbound sales team.
You will be creating and nurturing a positive and motivated, will to win culture, driving KPI performance. The successful individual will be agile and focused on creating the future of the business through a high performing sales team and collaboration with the rest of the business.
+ Providing vision and motivation to deliver team results to pre-agreed targets.
+ Maximising the skill and potential of team members
+ Acting as a central point of communication between the team, peers and management
+ Monitoring and reporting team performance
+ Provide constant feedback and 1-2-1 coaching through call monitoring
+ Supporting the team to identify and develop sales opportunities
+ Developing and executing sales campaigns to time and target revenue
Skills & Knowledge Requirements:
+ Team Leader/management experience developing and leading a team
+ Demonstrate ability to mentor and motivate people
+ Must have a strong telesales background in new business and lead generation ideally B2B and/or G2B.
+ Ability to demonstrate skills in coaching and development of others
+ Be results orientated with an innovative outlook
+ Knowledge of campaign lead sales and experience in working with team to create effective sales campaigns
