Up to £12,000 per annum based on 20 hours per week

Hours of Work: 20 hours will be worked flexibly across 4 days (9.30-2.30 or 10-3) and some overtime is likely to be required.

About the role:

We are looking for a Fleet Administrator with a strong background in administration to assist our busy team. You will have excellent time management, organisational and communication skills as well as computer proficiency. Previous experience of running a fleet of vehicles would be beneficial but not essential.

What your day-to-day might look like:

+ Preparing vehicles when they are received onto the fleet
+ Assisting in the finding of used vehicles for purchasing
+ Advertising vehicles online for the purposes of resale
+ Ensuring the fleet of 90 vehicles all have MOTs and keeping up to date with when they are due
+ Ensuring vehicle handover documentation is signed by employees
+ Assisting in the movement of vehicles when required
+ Informing employees where they can get their vehicles serviced
+Informing staff what to do in the event of a breakdown
+ Carrying out new starter and periodic driving licence checks

About you:

+ Excellent communication skills
+ A flexible and adaptable approach to work
+ Computer proficiency
+ Full UK Driving licence
