Part time job share, three days a week worked between Monday and Friday (working days to be decided), with flexibility being a requirement to ensure the reception is covered during holiday periods.

The Receptionist / Admin Assistant Role:
We are a duo of a marketing agency and a culture consultancy, each with their own brand and own identity. They work with big names on huge campaigns and complex projects where no two days are the same.
The Reception team works alongside other Group Services functions, such as Finance and IT and HR, to assist the agencies at all levels in a pragmatic, approachable and client-first manner.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a family run company, which is not your usual office environment (we don't really do corporate!), with a casual dress code, a bar and a games room, we offer the opportunity to work and develop in a friendly and fun environment.
Previous experience of working in a reception or customer service environment would be hugely beneficial and enable you to meet the varying demands of this role. You'll be able to demonstrate the ability to be flexible and work within a team that provides seamless cover and support to our business.
You will have proven skills in all things reception such as client meet and greet, call handling, managing post and couriers, diary management, and other ad-hoc duties. We’re also looking for someone who can undertake admin duties for our colleagues so skills such as proof-reading, document formatting and template preparation would be advantageous. However, if there is something else that you can bring to the table that can enhance this role in the form of business administration, we’d like to hear about it.
Most importantly, you'll have excellent verbal and written communication skills and have a positive and proactive attitude to solving problems and ensuring the first impression for clients and colleagues is second-to-none.
