We are looking for an energetic, focused Parts Advisor to join our team in Bournemouth. Previous motor trade experience is advantageous but NOT essential. Candidates from retail, customer service and hospitality also successfully transition into a new career with Toyota.
Although experience would be an advantage, a willingness to listen, learn and succeed is a must. You will need to have delivered exceptional customer experience and have a desire to spend quality time with customers, building rapport and selling all our products.

The Parts Advisor Opportunity:
As Parts Advisor, you will be a member of the Parts Team and will report to the Parts Team Manager at Snows. Your role is to primarily help deliver profitability and customer satisfaction.
What your day might look like:
+ Satisfying all parts customers’ requirements and increasing all aspects of the parts departments business through structured direct selling
+ Ensuring a prompt and courteous manner when dealing with customer enquiries
+ Ensuring accurate ordering, checking and location of all parts, reporting stock discrepancies and damage to the Service Manager
+ Packing and loading parts correctly to avoid damage or loss
+ Maintaining display areas with clean up-to-date stock
+ Assisting with stock checking as required
+ Assisting with delivery of parts
+ Attending correct training commensurate with experience, including Brand courses, onsite and other specialist training as found to be necessary
+ Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge on all products and procedures
+ Technical Qualification or proven experience of working with vehicle parts is advantageous
+ Fluent written and spoken English
+ PC, Microsoft, web literate
+ Hold a full, clean driving licence
+ Able to plan, organise and meet agreed work deadlines
+ Strong work ethic and adaptability to change
+ Excellent attention to detail
+ Able to communicate effectively with the team, manage external relationships and customer relationships
