The Parts Manager role:

The Parts Manager role is both demanding and rewarding and is critical in supporting the Dealership General Manager and the Group to reach their objectives. The Parts Manager oversees the Parts department and is responsible for maximising profitability, achieving the departmental business plan and all company objectives.

You will be responsible for effectively controlling and maintaining resources, including stocks and equipment and minimising the risk of financial loss to the company. You will be required to lead and develop the team in order to motivate and aid colleague retention and encourage continuous improvement.

About you:

+ Able to demonstrate a successful track record within a similar role, ideally with Franchised Motor Industry experience.
+ Kerridge experience is essential.
+ You will be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing performance, profitability and operating efficiency.
+ You must have strong leadership and people management skills.
