We are a forward thinking firm of Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors, with offices in Eastleigh, Andover, and Basingstoke. We cover a full range of accountancy services and advice, including audit and taxation. We require a friendly, confident & experienced Payroll Administrator to be based at our Eastleigh office.
Payroll Administrator – Accountancy Practice
Eastleigh | £25,000 dependant on experience
Permanent with flexibility for the right candidate
Due to increased demand in our outsourced services division we are currently recruiting for a hardworking, pro+ active and enthusiastic Payroll Administrator.
Duties would include:
+ Registering companies for PAYE
+ Setting up and running of payrolls with Auto enrolment pension schemes, uploading reports and payslips to portal
+ Paying Employees and HMRC through online banking
+ Creating and uploading pension files to NEST, Peoples Pension, Scottish Widows and Smart Pensions to name a few
+ Payrolling Benefits in Kind through payroll software
+ Knowledge of the CIS scheme and Year End procedures
The candidate would need to be able to work extra hours if/when required, need an eye for detail and be a good team player. Good communication skills and telephone manner are essential.
Knowledge of Iris payroll (previously known as Star Payroll) preferred, but not essential.
+ Salary up to £25,000 depending on experience
+ Based in our Eastleigh office
+ 37.5 hours per week preferred but we could be flexible for the right candidate
