Unique opportunity for a techy-ish candidate, preferably with experience of recruitment platforms, but definitely with SaaS / Software to join the World's most innovative and fun recruitment ATS platform loved by staffing firms and corporates across the planet.

In this new UK role we are looking for a candidate to join our Customer Success team and bridge the gap between implementation and sales. You will be our ‘go-to’ for all pre-sales projects that need scoping, planning and documenting. Your brilliance in this area will help win deals and make the transition of new customers mega easy and stress free.

The Pre Sales Consultant Role:

Reporting to the Pre Sales Consulting Team Lead the Pre Sales Consultant works closely with the Sales teams and other divisions on key business opportunities, proposals and pitches for the business.

The Pre Sales Consultant is required to deliver functional and technical solutions to prospects and clients, consult with Sales teams on functional and technical aspects of opportunities and ensure smooth integration by successfully coordinating the team’s involvement.

That means you'll: (not exhaustive)

+ Attend demonstrations with the Sales Team.
+ Work alongside Implementation Team and Data Migration Team to ensure team cohesion and harmony.
+ Document all client requirements including scope of project and data migration requirements.
+ Provide feedback to the Pre Sales Team Lead on feature enhancements or new features.
+ Provide detailed handover to implementation team and data migration team.
+ Ensure all administration tasks are maintained.
+ Support key initiatives.
+ Ensure compliance with information security and privacy policies and procedures.
+ Represent the brand in all client communications in a manner befitting the Company’s professional expectations.

Key Performance Indicators:

+ Documentation Management
+ Handover to implementations and data migration
+ Client satisfaction

About You:

+ Ideally a background in pre sales within a similar sector
+ Recruitment Agency experience would be favourable – ideally you will be a super user of your ATS/helped with the implementation of a new ATS.
+ Experience supporting a 'Software as a Service' platform and /or extensive experience in a combined Pre-Sales and delivery role.
+ Passion for technology and learning: You’re curious by nature and you enjoy learning and/or teaching yourself something new in technology.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills: You’re able to work with a wide variety of people and to collaborate with geographically distributed teams, effectively communicating everything from data points, technical products details, to delivering critical feedback.
+ Flexible and adaptable: You don’t shy away from ambiguity and are able to adapt to change or new situations.
+ Background in pre sales within a similar sector
