The Product Expert role:

You will become the first line of assistance to our customers from approaching them in the showroom to see if they require any assistance, to responding to digital enquiries to create a warm point of contact online as well.

You will be keeping up with the latest product information and technology to continue to promote the Toyota brand. You will also be in charge of ensuring all of the rest of the centre staff are up to date with the latest information to ensure the customer’s experience remains at the highest standard.

The showroom will be yours to manage, making sure it is prepared with a strong selection of demo cars. You will also work with colleagues on many other teams across the centre to provide a seamless service to our customers.

About you:

+ Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

+ Excellent communication skills
+ Willingness to learn and develop and keep up-to-date with complex/ technical/product information.
