Production Support Coordinator – Film & TV Equipment
London W3 | £24,000 – £28,000 + Benefits
Reporting to: Head of Communications & Bookings
We are a dynamic and growing independent hire business within the TV & film sector based in West London. We supply behind-camera equipment to film & TV shoots across London and we are looking for a new booking coordinator to join our small and vibrant team. As part of our office team, you will be responsible for creating and managing client’s orders from first point of contact through to off-hiring and invoicing.
This is a diverse and fast-paced role which thrives on excellent communication, organisation and teamwork.

Who are you?
We pride ourselves on providing first-class customer service, so we are looking for someone with flawless attention to detail, a positive, can-do attitude with the ability to empathise with the client at all stages of their journey.
Ideally you would have had proven history of working in a customer focused, time-sensitive and detail-oriented administrative role. You will need to be able to work with a team to respond quickly and calmly to last minute changes in workload priorities.
+ Providing first-rate customer care to a range of clients and stake holders
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and over telephone
+ Using our bespoke rental management system to book orders
+ Providing customers with advice and technical support to help them run successful shoots
+ Managing orders from quote stage through to scheduling delivery and collection
+ Acting as first point of contact to resolve any customer queries or complaints, escalating where appropriate
+ Providing remote out of hours customer care (on a rota system – approx 1 week per month)
+ Accurately preparing, sending and processing quotes, invoices and loss & damage reports
+ Navigating stock allocations and shortages to ensure orders can be fulfilled
+ Liaising with our warehouse and drivers to manage and monitor orders
+ Generating invoices and using online payment system to request and process payments
+ Performing other general administrative tasks when required
+ Confident and professional telephone manner
+ Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft packages Outlook, Excel and Word
+ Un-paralleled attention to detail is essential
+ Ability to multi-task and prioritise under pressure
+ A proactive and patient approach to handling customer enquiries
+ Confident memory and knowledge retention, anticipating customer needs and requirements
+ A team player with a sunny disposition and positive attitude
+ Knowledge of the London area and the industry / client base is beneficial but not essential.
